Distribution support Policy

1. Marketing Materials:

Marketing materials provided include catalogs, brochures, posters, USB sticks, tool bags, tote bags and so on. According to the promotion needs of the distributors, and with reference to the actual sales amount, they will be distributed free of charge, but should be saved and not wasted.

2. Advertising Merchandise:

CNC will provide the following advertising materials to the distributor based on their promotional needs and in proportion to their actual sales performance: USB drives, toolkits, electrician waist bags, tote bags, ballpoint pens, notebooks, paper cups, mugs, hats, T-shirts, MCB display gift boxes, screwdrivers, mouse pads, packing tape, etc.

3. Space Identity:

CNC encourages distributors to design and decorate exclusive stores and create storefront signs according to the company’s standards. CNC will provide support for store decoration costs and display racks, including shelves, islands, square stack heads, CNC windbreakers, etc. Specific requirements should comply with the CNC SI Construction Standards, and relevant photos and documents should be submitted to CNC for review.

4. Exhibitions and Product Promotion Fairs (for the largest annual local power exhibition):

Distributors are allowed to organize product promotion fairs and exhibitions featuring CNC products. The detailed information of budget and specific plans for the activities should be provided by distributors in advance. The approval will be needed from CNC. Bills should be provided afterwards by distributors.

5. Website Development:

Distributors are required to create a CNC distributor website. CNC can either assist in creating a website for the distributor (similar to the CNC official website, customized according to the local language and distributor information) or provide one-time support for website development costs.
